He studied systematic musicology in Berlin, is currently working his PH.D. at uni Kassel on 'Interaction in Music Groups' and is part of the DFG-projekt 'Singing Voice in popular Music in the USA (1900-1960)' at HfM Weimar.

Further more he is playing electric bass and engineering sound within several music projects: Myoni, Michaeal Adeney and more.
